Return & Refund Policy
At Shashi Ayurveda, we are committed to delivering genuine and high-quality products. Due to the nature of health supplements and Ayurvedic products, our return and refund policy is as follows:
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
Wrong product delivered.
Damaged or leaked product received.
Product received in a tampered or broken condition.
Incorrect quantity delivered.
2. Return Request Time
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order by sharing:

Photos/videos of the product and package
Reason for the return
3. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns if:
The product has been opened or used.
The seal is broken by the customer.
The product is damaged due to customer handling.
The customer changes their mind after delivery.
4. Refund Policy
After the returned product passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed.
Refunds are generally credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer's bank account or UPI after verification.
5. Replacement
Instead of a refund, customers may choose a free replacement if the wrong or damaged product was delivered.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
